Senior Financial Analyst

Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Alongside core FP&A responsibilities, you will own two areas critical to how we scale: integration of acquisitions and new products into our finance and reporting infrastructure and the segmented financial visibility that drives faster, better decisions, all in a team that is actively transforming how finance works through AI.

Requirements

  • Solid FP&A experience with strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription business, understanding of key metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC payback) and how they connect to financial planning
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable with BI tools (Omni, Power BI, Looker or similar)
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Proactive, structured mindset, you identify problems, propose solutions and follow through
  • Strong communicator in English, written and spoken
  • Agile and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
