Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager, Power will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within the Midwest region. This role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Vaisala’s Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand Vaisala’s presence in the power transformer monitoring market within the region. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the power industry, preferably with a focus on transformer monitoring solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Strong understanding of DGA technologies and their applications in the power sector
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the region as required
