The Role
In this role you will help architect our RevOps system, turning rapidly scaling GTM activity into reporting grade data that leaders use to make real decisions as we double growth. You will own and improve our CRM, campaign reporting, and conversion funnel analytics, revealing which accounts, programs, and motions truly move pipeline and revenue. You will drive list enrichment, account mapping, and net new list building, and partner with GrowthOps and our Commercial Leaders to activate high intent audiences. This role will be central to levelling up our data hygiene and automations and redefining how RevOps works for an AI native, lean, fast moving team at a moment of intense growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage core revenue operations workflows, including campaign setup, list enrichment, and post campaign routing to Sales.
- Own our CRM, ensuring reporting grade data, clean workflows, and reliable GTM dashboards.
- Build and refine conversion funnel and attribution reporting to show which accounts, programs, and motions drive pipeline and revenue.
- Map target accounts and buying groups, and build net new lists in partnership with GrowthOps and Commercial leaders.
- Deploy AI tools to automate workflows, improve data hygiene, and surface insights that inform new GTM experiments.
- Develop repeatable processes and documentation that scale execution and enable tight cross-functional collaboration.
- Surface insights from marketing and sales data to inform new experiments and continuous optimization.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience post graduation in analytics and data.
- Skilled in Excel/Sheets or BI dashboards; comfortable turning metrics into insight and action.
- Deep fluency with AI tools and automation – excited to apply them to marketing operations.
- Data-and systems-oriented thinker with strong analytical fluency and attention to detail.
- Comfortable designing and iterating on workflows and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or Clay (or similar tools).
- Self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and a bias toward execution.
- Collaborative operator who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.

Location and Work Environment
This role is 3 days a week (Tues – Thursday) minimum in office in Union Square. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
