As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a trusted partner to C-level clients, responsible for positioning and selling high-value consulting and professional services engagements that drive digital, agile, and organizational transformation.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, ideally in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery
- Experience with Atlassian tools is desirable, but expertise in transformation and organizational change is more important
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders through a consultative, client-centric approach
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account and territory plans based on data and market insights
- Leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide a team, set clear goals, and deliver results
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, influencing decisions at the executive level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and consistently convert opportunities into results
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, lead initiatives, and enhance performance
- Fluency in English and German, with French being an asset
