We are seeking an Account Manager (Renewal Specialist) to drive customer retention and revenue growth within our Account Management department. The Renewal Specialist will manage the renewal process for customers with up to 10 employees, ensuring a seamless renewal experience and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable with data and metrics-driven decision making
