Position Overview: Sales Representative

  • Type: Part-time
  • Location: Arlington, VA (hybrid)
  • Compensation: $20/hr + commission
  • Commitment: 15-20 hours per week

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and experienced BDRs to join our team. Majority of the time will be spent calling on gyms, introducing them to our products and closing sales! Unlike other sales roles, these conversations are usually pleasant, casual and consultative in nature. There will also be slight data entry work to keep the sales process clean and organized. We utilize Google Sheets and a simple CRM for this.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial outreach to cold leads via phone and qualify potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Vapor Fresh products
  • Build and nurture relationships, ensuring timely follow-up with potential leads
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate prospects about our offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM and Google Sheets
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What we are looking for

  • Reside in the USA
  • Willing to commute to our office in Arlington, VA at least once per week (we’re flexible!)
  • Reliable internet and access to a computer and phone
  • Experienced with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Previous experiences in sales and/or cold calling is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
  • Highly detail oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, improve and exceed expectations
