We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, Growth to drive adoption across the larger Customer enterprise, create digital content, and support Customers in their journeys to become advocates of Varicent. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and creating value for Customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS or software company
- Experience creating digital marketing content preferred
- Bachelor’s degree with information technology/business/finance focus preferred
