This role is for Vayner Consulting, a specialist division within VaynerMedia built to house our latest innovations and thinking, where we invite clients to ‘steal our brains’. We’re a fully integrated team of seasoned social brand builders, creators, cultural strategists and media practitioners to help clients to truly “find right” in today’s social landscape.
Requirements
- Experience in driving best practice, award winning social media work, with a real love for social and a strong understanding of online culture, consumer behaviour, relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
- Experience in concepting social media creative, managing an online community or working on a social media brand account.
- Experience of social media monitoring and reporting.
- European language skills (a real bonus).
- Experience of working closely with community and project managers.
- Manage overall quality of project delivery and documentation for the account.
- Strong communication skills and an impressive attention to detail.
- A cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving.
- A real love for social.
- Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to maintain and progress a number of concurrent projects, being smart in how to spend time to facilitate moving quickly and avoid bottlenecks.
- Strong self-awareness and people-management skills.
- Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
