Head of Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Head of Finance Operations leads financial and accounting strategy, planning, reporting, and controls for the organization. This role oversees all finance and accounting operations, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and drives continuous process improvements aligned with VBP objectives as an outsourcing services provider.

What You Will Do

Provide financial insights to both PH and AU leadership to support business decisions. Oversee accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Ensure compliance with Philippine financial reporting standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, SEC requirements, and outsourcing/BPO industry guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• ICAA, CPA license (highly preferred)
• At least 10 years progressive accounting and finance experience, including senior team leadership
• Experience in BPO/outsourcing or shared services
• Exposure to cross-border finance, international reporting, or offshore collaboration
• Familiarity with Australian GST, BAS, IAS, payroll, and superannuation
• Advanced proficiency in Xero (certification required)
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
• High ethical standards and integrity
