Role Overview
The Technical Account Manager is a key technical partner responsible for leading the planning, architecture, coordination, and delivery of professional services engagements. This role focuses on designing and managing high-impact availability solutions, with a strong emphasis on data protection and monitoring, while ensuring successful outcomes for customers.
What You Will Do
Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work (SOW), deliver implementation and consulting services aligned with Veeam solutions, manage projects, troubleshoot post-implementation issues, and develop technical documentation.

Requirements
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Hands-on experience with Veeam solutions or other backup/data protection technologies
- Good understanding of storage and backup architectures
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and modern IT environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals
- Experience in consulting, implementation, or project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-level Japanese and conversational English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
