Position Overview:
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the growth of our international sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales EMEA, you will focus on driving efficiency, enhancing data quality, and optimizing the sales processes to support a global team of 10 sales representatives (with plans to double in the next 12 months) and 20 SDRs across multiple regions including France, Italy, and Spain. This role is essential for ensuring that our sales team operates with maximum effectiveness and that we can scale seamlessly as we continue our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Data Management & Reporting:
- Optimize the use of Salesforce and other tools to manage sales pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement reporting processes to provide actionable insights to the sales team, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive better data enrichment practices to ensure high-quality lead data and improve segmentation for targeted outreach.
● Sales Process & Workflow Optimization:
- Design and implement automated workflows to improve sales efficiency and reduce manual work for sales reps.
- Leverage tools such as Aircall, and Modjo to create streamlined processes and monitor performance.
- Manage Chilipiper for effective lead dispatch to ensure sales reps get the right leads at the right time.
● Sales Enablement & Team Support:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing (HubSpot), and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and smooth hand-offs.
- Provide support for sales forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices across teams.
● Training & Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales reps, ensuring they are effectively set up with the right tools and data.
- Ensure continuous education around tools, processes, and sales best practices to optimize team performance.
● Sales Forecasting & Strategy:
- Assist with building and tracking sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights on pipeline health and forecast accuracy to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field within a B2B SaaS or AI company.
● Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Aircall, Modjo, and Chilipiper (or similar sales tools).
● Strong understanding of data enrichment, automation workflows, and sales enablement.
● Proven ability to collaborate with international sales teams and scale processes in fast-growing environments.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
● Experience with SMB sales models (50% outbound, 50% inbound) is a plus.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
● Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
