We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist with a strong focus on US benefits administration to support our US workforce. The role is responsible for the day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, with ownership of US benefits programs, employee support, and HR data accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience working in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or Benefits-focused role supporting US employees
- Solid working knowledge of US employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans
- Solid working knowledge of US employment law as it applies to HR operations, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with HR data
- Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
