About This Role

You’ll be an essential, highly visible member of the Wireline State, Local, Education and Federal Public Sector Field operations team, responsible for contributing to the success of the Wireline SLED and FED sales organization through strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be on the lookout for ways to improve the team’s reporting, analysis, performance metrics, and sales outcomes
  • Cross collaborate to support sales and business development leadership in preparation for executive readouts and presentations
  • Provide support and guidance on initiatives related to revenue, bookings or gross adds
  • Analyze sales data to drive accurate forecasting and funnel management, and find opportunities for efficiency
  • Assist in creating presentations for senior sales leaders for funnel management and the tracking of bookings/revenue/gross adds
  • Be responsible for various requests including tin research, tracking results, sending communications, coordinating calls and overseeing action items
  • Lead the development of initiatives based on both sales feedback and business needs, partnering with various business groups to ensure smooth execution of change
  • Make recommendations based on data in order to maximize effort and budget
  • Drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organized way

Required Qualifications

  • Strong wireline background
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience
  • Business or sales operations experience
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Public Sector experience
  • Experience developing complex projects, from strategy to execution, with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing operational processes and/or strategy with documented successful results
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in a matrixed organization structure and the ability to influence up, down, and across groups
  • Demonstrated communications and influence skills with different stakeholders

Work Environment

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Salary Range (Colorado): $115,000 – $200,000 annually. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
