Your Mission as CRO

As VersaDesk’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), your mission is clear: drive global revenue growth by leveraging our patented innovations, expanding into international markets, and enforcing our licensing and IP rights to protect and monetize our competitive edge. With proprietary products that have redefined ergonomic office furniture—and design and utility patents to back them—you’ll take the lead in transforming these assets into new streams of revenue and strategic market expansion.

You will be responsible for scaling VersaDesk beyond U.S. borders, identifying high-value international partnerships, and ensuring our IP is both respected and capitalized on through licensing and enforcement. Operating within the NAICS 337214 / SIC 2522 landscape, you’ll play a critical role in positioning VersaDesk as a dominant force in the global office furniture market.

Position Overview

VersaDesk is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive integrated revenue growth across B2B, DTC, and third-party marketplace channels. This executive leader will own the entire revenue lifecycle—from sales strategy and execution to customer experience and marketing alignment.

You’ll oversee a talented in-house sales team, shape go-to-market strategies, and be instrumental in optimizing sales performance, accountability, and scalable systems. This role requires both strategic vision and operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a unified revenue strategy across B2B, DTC, and 3P marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair).
  • Manage and grow the sales team; implement clear KPIs, pipeline discipline, and high-performance culture.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships, domestically and internationally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and customer success to align revenue goals.
  • Leverage CRM and analytics tools to forecast, report, and refine performance.
  • Champion the customer experience and elevate brand positioning through strategic selling.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership, including 5+ years in a senior revenue or CRO role.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth across both DTC and B2B channels.
  • Experience with 3P marketplaces and scaling eCommerce strategies.
  • Deep fluency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
