The Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Revenue Operations to oversee and optimize our revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, aligning go-to-market teams, and enabling data-driven decisions to accelerate revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Report to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations; manage a team of Sales Operations and Audit Specialists.
  • Partner with GTM teams to align on priorities, improve workflows, and support revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Support GTM leadership with forecasting, pipeline reviews, and early risk identification.

Sales Process & CRM Optimization

  • Own sales process improvements in Salesforce, ensuring efficient, scalable, and well-adopted workflows.
  • Maintain strong CRM data hygiene and resolve process gaps impacting GTM execution.
  • Project manage M&A integrations, including CRM data migration and sales process adoption across acquired teams.

Forecasting & Performance

  • Analyze pipeline health and GTM performance to support accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Provide actionable insights and early warnings to drive better outcomes.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for GTM teams to track KPIs and performance.
  • Deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations to inform leadership decisions.

Operational Support

  • Support lead, opportunity, and renewal workflows across GTM motions, ensuring consistency and reporting accuracy.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions.
  • Proven success in optimizing revenue processes and supporting GTM teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and BI/reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred.
