Vertiv is seeking a Global Senior Product Manager – Strategic Partnerships to drive growth within the Thermal Business Unit (BU), with a focus on the Thermal Systems Product Line (PL). This role is critical in managing business and OEM Partnerships, as well as integrating partner products into the broader Thermal Systems portfolio. The successful candidate will work on strategic business development initiatives by collaborating cross-functionally with global key customers, regional sales teams, engineering, advanced development, PMO, and external partners.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, strategic technical partnerships, alliance management, preferably within the thermal, energy, or infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record in establishing and managing strategic alliances, partnership negotiations, and OEM integrations
- Strong understanding of emerging thermal technologies and energy systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, both internally and with external partners
