Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team’s Operations & Events requirements, including monitoring and updating the budget and spend data and report via IMP, supporting vendor accreditation and payment processing, as well as overseeing admin and logistical requirements of the team. The role also involves a lot of coordination, and execution of events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
What You Will Do
Oversee marketing admin requirements, coordinate with other functions, ensure marketing processes are being efficiently utilized, maintain marketing operations and events trackers, support budget tracking, vendor coordination and accreditation, and procurement and payment processes. Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events, coordinate logistics, manage event timelines, and track event performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, event management, or a related role, and strong organizational and project management skills.
