Sales Operations & Support Analyst

The Sales Operations & Support Analyst role will support the Vertiv Asia business by improving efficiency through coordination of Operations & Procurement analysis, reporting, and maintaining database updates. Responsibilities include creating reports, managing a database, supporting finance teams, and collaborating with other departments. The analyst will also focus on key trends and making recommendations for productivity improvements.

Requirements

  • Create reports & dashboards to monitor KPIs
  • Manage item master database for Asia Market Units in coordination with IT China
  • Support Finance, Product Management Group, Procurement, Operations, and Service teams with issue resolution
  • Translate data and analysis into presentations
