Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • 2-3 years’ experience with Vertiv Customer service environment
  • 2-3 years’ experience with the Vertical Intelligence Customer Support environment
  • Customer Focus
  • Action Oriented
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Good communication Skills
  • Time Travel Needed
