Sales Operations & Support Coordinator II (Escalations)

Vertiv is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations & Support Coordinator II to provide administrative support to the escalation manager. The role focuses on operational accuracy, coordination, and communication, supporting timely resolution through follow-up and information management. The ideal candidate will contribute to escalating requests through tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Assist with detailed notes, status updates, and assign action owners in escalation tracker.
  • Respond to and manage the escalation tracker, ensuring each escalation is acknowledged and updated.
  • Support Escalation Managers with tracking and organization of escalation requests.
  • Follow up with internal teams for updates or information.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly escalation status reports.
