The role focuses on operational accuracy, coordination, and communication, supporting timely resolution through follow-up and information management. The ideal candidate will contribute to escalating requests through tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Assist with detailed notes, status updates, and assign action owners in escalation tracker.
- Respond to and manage the escalation tracker, ensuring each escalation is acknowledged and updated.
- Support Escalation Managers with tracking and organization of escalation requests.
- Follow up with internal teams for updates or information.
- Prepare weekly/monthly escalation status reports.
