Vertiv is seeking a Sales Operations & Support Coordinator II – Order Management to support the efficient execution of the Order-to-Cash process. This role focuses on accurately processing sales orders, maintaining order integrity, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and operational skills.
Requirements
- Process standard and moderately complex change order requests.
- Handle configuration change orders, rebuild/repair requests, and Return Materials Authorizations.
- Verify order completeness by validating purchase order details.
- Apply Bills of Materials (BOM), standard configurations, and auto-config tools.
- Identify and process SFA and ETO items.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
