Role Overview
The Sales Operations & Support Manager is responsible for preparing pricing and margin analysis for quotes that deviate from outlined policies, ensuring proper adherence and tracking of quote approval for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
What You Will Do
Completes in-depth Deviation of Policy (DOP) pricing analysis, creates pricing strategies to improve margin and revenue, and works cross-functionally with business partners to validate deal economics and implement recommended changes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a preferred focus in Business, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Computer Science
- 8-10 years of experience in Analytics, Pricing, Finance, or related field
- Proficient with the Office 365 platform; strong Excel proficiency preferred
- Experience with data analysis and validation
- Detail oriented; strategic problem solver
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
