Sales Operations & Support Senior Coordinator

Vertiv is seeking a Sales Operations & Support Senior Coordinator to support the Order-to-Cash process. This role ensures accurate and timely order processing for complex sales orders, enhancing operational efficiency and safeguarding customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in order management or operations support in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong functional expertise in order processing systems and ERP tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
• Proficient understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM), configuration management, and change control processes
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment
