We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Logistics Analyst with expertise in Master Data Management and Data Analytics. The role will leverage logistics and supply chain data to drive strategic decisions, optimize performance, and create efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in tools like Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, Copilot, and AI technologies.
Requirements
- Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.
- Develop and maintain master data related to carriers, routes, freight costs, and performance metrics.
- Build and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs.
- Use SQL and other data tools to extract, clean, and model logistics data for advanced analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that improve transportation planning, route optimization, and carrier performance.
- Support carrier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
- Lead freight audit and payment analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights for transportation budget forecasting.
- Stay current with transportation regulations.
- Champion the use of AI and Copilot tools.
