They are seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to lead projects focused on onboarding, expansion, and support, improving customer success team effectiveness, and enhancing data consistency. The ideal candidate will be analytical, experienced in SaaS operations, and capable of collaborating with various teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Analyze and optimize customer processes at every stage of the lifecycle.
  • Define, track, and share key performance indicators (NPS, churn, usage, adoption, NRR).
  • Ensure consistency of data between tools and guarantee a single source of truth.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and priorities.
  • Lead customer lifecycle improvement projects.
  • Implement or maintain simple technical integrations (Zapier, n8n, APIs, webhooks, SQL) to automate and reliably link data flows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Tech to facilitate communication and ensure a frictionless customer experience.
