The Marketing Operations Manager supports marketing campaigns and initiatives for a flagship mobile app experience. This role is responsible for managing workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 3-5 years of operations experience within digital marketing, app marketing, media, or subscription-based organizations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with app-related KPIs such as daily active users (DAU), retention, and push performance preferred
