Role Overview
The Vice President, Global Sales Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving sales and partner performance, scalability, and efficiency across Genesys. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadership to align execution with company growth initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

Lead and develop a high-performing global sales operations function across regions, establish clear operating rhythms and accountability models for sales and partner leadership, foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Requirements

- Experience working directly with executive leadership and contributing to board-level discussions
