Financial Analyst-FP&A

Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.

Requirements

• R&D Financial Planning and Analysis for COE: support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the R&D organization.
• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the finance community and R&D groups, providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support decision-making.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to R&D/PMO leadership and other stakeholders.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control R&D/PMO expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic objectives.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including new product development, technology investments, and partnerships.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support Capital Requests requirements, CIP and consolidation of cause of changes.
