Primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions, assisting sales staff and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations, and assisting with assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Support for PIC Characterization
- Ecosystem Collaboration with probe station partners and laser source integration
- Cover all Fiber Optics labs product of VIAVI portfolio
- Work closely with customers R&D, NPI and manufacturing to provide optical testing solutions
- Conduct product/solution demos and on-site trials
- Conduct user training sessions for high-end products
- Create localized test procedure documents
- Transfer competencies and technologies to direct sales and channel partners
- Present Products and Technology at targeted road shows/seminars
- Provide feedback to Division and contribute to their strategy preparation
- Share experience and best practices with Sales, and Division
