Requirements
- Map problems across the full revenue funnel — lead routing, pipeline execution, retention, and growth
- Triage daily asks from the sales team while managing longer-term roadmap projects in parallel
- Form a clear, defended POV on what to build first and why it matters to the business
- Build tools using Claude, AI agents, and automation — solutions should be agent-led, not workflow-dependent
- Contribute features to tools owned by the engineering team, working directly alongside them
- Test automations, resolve technical issues, and iterate based on what the data shows
- Meet regularly with Sales and CS teams to surface emerging needs as strategy evolves
- Translate those needs into a prioritized backlog and work through it systematically
- Tie every project to a revenue or net dollar retention goal
- Maintain clean, comparable data across the GTM org by building alignment on systems and reporting
