We’re looking for a Vice President of Regional Sales Operations to join our GTM strategy team. In this role, you’ll own performance improvement and revenue productivity across all regional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic planning for regional operations
- Implement scalable sales process improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across GTM
- Analyze KPIs and performance trends
- Design region-specific compensation incentives
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Sales Operations with regional leadership
- Experience with GTM analytics and forecasting tools
- Excellent cross-functional communicator
- Comfortable with high data environments
