We are looking for a Vice President, Revenue Operations to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our go-to-market organizations. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize processes, systems, and analytics to scale our revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Revenue Operations strategy that aligns systems, processes, and analytics across GTM functions.
- Lead and mentor a team of RevOps professionals across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Ops.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders on forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, and compensation strategy.
- Own the optimization of our CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Improve lead management processes to increase velocity and conversion at every stage of the funnel.
- Drive key strategic initiatives such as account scoring, attribution modeling, and lifecycle insights.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling RevOps functions.
- Strong systems expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and other GTM tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
