Vice President, Revenue Operations

We are looking for a Vice President, Revenue Operations to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our go-to-market organizations. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize processes, systems, and analytics to scale our revenue engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Revenue Operations strategy that aligns systems, processes, and analytics across GTM functions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of RevOps professionals across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Ops.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders on forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, and compensation strategy.
  • Own the optimization of our CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Improve lead management processes to increase velocity and conversion at every stage of the funnel.
  • Drive key strategic initiatives such as account scoring, attribution modeling, and lifecycle insights.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling RevOps functions.
  • Strong systems expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and other GTM tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
