We’re looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales Operations to help build and scale our go-to-market infrastructure and operations. You have deep expertise in sales operations and go-to-market strategy. You will help shape and support a rapidly growing Sales function, and help drive key operational processes across the entire GTM organization including Sales Development, Sales, Partnership, and Customer Success teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Own strategy, operational planning and execution across the Sales Development, Sales, Partnership, and Customer Success teams
- Provide direct support to senior leaders across GTM and be a thought partner on strategy and execution
- Create visibility into business performance and develop processes to hold teams accountable to targets
- Define and lead the rhythm of the business including bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual planning
- Drive culture of KPI-driven management across GTM by designing frameworks for team and individual-level accountability and forecast against departmental targets
- Own and improve GTM systems, tooling, and processes to increase sales productivity and accelerate rep ramp time
- Partner with marketing, product, finance, engineering, and other teams to accelerate GTM performance across the company
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations or GTM leadership roles in high growth B2B SaaS companies
- Experience building pipeline and forecast management processes and tools from scratch
- You set a high bar for operational excellence and consistently over achieve goals
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, LLMs, or data analytics tools is a bonus, but not required
