We are seeking a strategic and driven Vice President of Sales Operations to build and lead a world-class team and capability. This pivotal role will design and optimize the sales operations infrastructure to support our expansive go-to-market strategy, driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales operations strategy aligned with overall company objectives and revenue goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales operations team responsible for forecasting, territory management, quota setting, and performance analytics
- Design, implement, and manage core sales processes and tools that enable rapid scaling
- Own and optimize the company’s CRM strategy and usage, ensuring data integrity and usability for advanced analytics and reporting
- Provide actionable insights and analytics to sales leadership to support strategic decisions and improve sales productivity
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance to ensure coordinated strategies and data flow
- Own end-to-end pipeline health metrics and reporting (coverage, conversion rates, velocity, etc.)
- Oversee planning of annual sales GTM motions including territory planning, team modeling, and target setting
- Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, and business reviews
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or above) with experience managing global teams
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales tech stack (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Clari), and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and business acumen
- Proven ability to scale a fast-growing B2B sales organization using data, processes, and tools
Bonus:
- Experience supporting multi-product or platform companies
- Familiarity with PLG or hybrid go-to-market models
