As a Business Development Manager, you will shape the market by positioning Vicoland as an alternative to traditional consulting and SI models. You will contribute to go-to-market activities and tailor messaging to specific client situations. You will also participate in client conversations and help translate the Vico model into tangible client value.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, consulting, sales, or a related role
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to support consultative conversations and understand client needs
- Interest in the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software landscape (prior SAP experience is beneficial but not required)
- Curiosity for new technologies, especially AI, and willingness to use AI tools in daily work
- Structured and proactive working style, with a hands-on mindset
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with different stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial attitude and motivation to contribute to building new business
