The Digital Marketing Manager leads the company’s online presence, driving leads through all online channels, and monitors and influences online reputation management and company image on all digital assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, interactive media, journalism, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, such as digital marketing and social media
- Expert knowledge of social networking channels
- Experience with SEO analytics and Social Media influence tracking tools
- Team player, with confidence to take the lead and guide departments when necessary
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
- Must be change-adaptive, flexible, and empathetic
- Demonstrate initiative to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
- Knowledge of Social Scheduling Tools, HubSpot and WordPress CMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint), Outlook and knowledge of Marketing Software systems such as Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to always demonstrate professionalism and discretion
