Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Manager of Performance Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital media campaigns across Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic channels.

Lead the development and execution of full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable impact. Oversee campaign performance, mentor a team of media buyers, and manage client relationships.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of performance-driven digital marketing experience
- Deep expertise in Paid Social and strong working knowledge of Paid Search
- Programmatic experience is a strong asset
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing media buying teams
- Leadership role experience
- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and measurement frameworks
- Hands-on experience managing vendor and platform relationships
- Advanced understanding of media planning, audience strategy, platform algorithms, and optimization techniques
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- High proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools
- Strong operational mindset
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced, client-facing environment
