Requirements
- Entry level experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data consulting roles.
- Expertise in SSIS, SQL Server, and enterprise ETL development.
- Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on skills in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with Store Props or similar insurance data structures.
- Understanding of P&C insurance business processes and data flows.
- Proven ability to advise, influence, and lead clients in data strategy and implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
