Visa is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to drive growth strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns, and foster partnerships to increase transaction volume in key markets. The role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, data, and marketing, with a focus on using data and experimentation to launch clients, accelerate adoption, and improve engagement and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, revenue, product growth, or commercial analytics-led roles within payments, fintech, or financial services
- Proven experience in a similar individual contributor growth role, owning revenue or usage growth for products, platforms, or client portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to use data to diagnose problems, form hypotheses, run experiments, and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of payment flows (AFT/OCT, remittances, wallets, payouts, collections, or similar) and transaction economics
- Hands-on experience launching products or clients and scaling post-launch adoption using performance data
- High analytical fluency, comfortable working with dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation results
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
