Senior Manager, Account Executive – Payfac Development Lead

The Senior Manager, Payment Facilitator Partnerships is responsible for driving the development and expansion of Visa acceptance and strategic partnerships with Payment Facilitators (PayFacs) across the CISSEE sub-region.

Requirements

• Lead Visas Payment Facilitator partnership strategy across CISSEE, defining market‐specific engagement models, value propositions, and execution plans aligned with regional priorities.
• Drive acceptance growth and revenue by commercializing Visa digital products, payment solutions, cobrand programs, and value-added services through PayFac partners.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize market level PayFac opportunities, including evaluation of regulatory, compliance, and commercial readiness to support scalable launches.
