Requirements
- 15 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Financial Management, or related roles within a B2B, high‐growth environment
- Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in forecasting, pipeline management, quota setting, and incentive governance
- Proven experience leading and developing high‐performing teams
- Strong analytical capability with experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Tableau, and/or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders at executive level
- Track record of delivering results in complex, fast‐paced environments
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to remain effective under pressure
- Commitment to continuous improvement, open communication, and inclusive leadership
