This role is a key member of the Client Engagement team responsible for the account management of a large Australian Bank and will work alongside and support a Director as the account lead.
Requirements
- Be the day-to-day contact point for the nominated client
- Act as the “voice of the client” by interpreting the client’s business plans and strategic priorities
- Deliver account financial targets including payment volume, net revenue and net new business
- Oversee opportunity pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics
- Management and implementation of partnership contract obligations
- Develop and execute client investment plans in conjunction with account team
- Develop and execute the client executive engagement model to establish and maintain positive and constructive relationships with key client contacts
