• 6+ years in a BI or Data Analytics role
• Advanced-level SQL and deep expertise in data visualization
• Independent judgment to work without supervision
• Strategic impact and ability to influence stakeholders
• Domain expertise in HR metrics and HR tech stack
• AI Edge and understanding of Machine Learning models
• Expert-level ability to evangelize the ‘Visier Way’ of people analytics
