Optical Sales Lead

We are looking for a charismatic and knowledgeable individual to be the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This role involves delivering daily sales goals, engaging with patients/customers, measuring eyewear, and executing day-to-day operational activities to support the store’s financial and customer experience goals.

Requirements

• 12 months optical experience necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed
