Role Overview
The Sales Operations Lead is the operational backbone of Visium’s commercial engine, responsible for building and running the infrastructure that lets the commercial team scale. This includes forecasting, commercial cascade operations, variable comp administration, CRM, and deal desk management.
What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Lead will build and own the weighted pipeline and revenue forecast, reconcile bottoms-up commercial input with top-down board commitments, and produce the single revenue view. They will also translate the Partner → Director → Manager → Engagement Lead structure into working operating rules, run the variable compensation programme, and own Salesforce or HubSpot and the surrounding GTM stack.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM strategy, with deep CRM ownership, forecast modelling fluency, comp plan experience, and process design credibility. They will be analytically sharp and operationally hands-on, comfortable being a strong internal operator behind a commercially-active leadership team, and able to communicate data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
