PowerOffice – Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing in PowerOffice, you will have professional responsibility for all marketing communications in the company. This includes planning and implementation of strategies, campaigns and branding in close collaboration with management, sales team and marketing agency.

Central tasks include:

  • Strategic marketing planning and follow-up of marketing plans, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Plan, implement and evaluate targeted campaigns and marketing activities, in close collaboration with advertising and web agencies.
  • Responsibility for advertising in e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google and LinkedIn, as well as creating content in relevant channels – including updating our website.
  • Support Team Customer Success in their ventures towards retailers and the corporate market.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company in existing and new markets, and further develop an already strong market- and customer-oriented culture.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Experience from branding, strategies and campaigns within modern marketing.
  • Interest in and good insight into advertising platforms and digital channels, as well as experience with the production of content for digital channels (text/image/video).
  • Commercial flair and can show good results, preferably from a growth company.
  • Relevant higher education. Broad experience and talent can possibly compensate for a lack of education.
  • Good communication skills (both Norwegian and English), and create trust and security through your professional integrity.
  • The ability to be independent, structured, open and creative.
