The Sales Enablement Analyst IV is a part of the Business Markets Enablement Team with responsibilities including technology project management & communication, technology & tool assessment, triage & development, detailed reporting and analysis, assistance in M&A efforts, and more.

Requirements

  • Expert level knowledge of sales systems including development abilities within Salesforce.
  • Strong project management capabilities including exceptional communication skills & a bias to urgency combined with a high level of organization.
  • Strong reporting & analytics capabilities with the ability to utilize the information to influence decision making for the team and across the organization.
  • Meet regularly with team and organization leadership regarding technology development & projects, growth initiatives, integration efforts, etc.
  • Coordinate efforts between multiple national offices and integration with sales, operations, marketing and technology services.
  • Actively lead or assist with Salesforce development testing, manage the Enablement Team’s Seismic Platform, and participate in any other relevant technology projects.
  • Act as a team lead by assisting Analysts III and IV in efforts related to project management, process excellence, communication, technology tools and more.
  • Drive technology initiatives related to improving overall selling techniques & effectiveness
  • Assist in promoting a unified sales culture across all markets
  • Drive awareness & adoption of systems & tools while providing specialized local support
  • Influence sales activity KPIs and business intelligence
  • Be responsible for the accountabilities of an Analyst III and IV & other duties as assigned
