Marketing Analytics Manager

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and analysis that provide deep insight into the customer journey and website experience. The role is responsible for developing and delivering executive-level performance dashboards, leading cross-functional collaboration, and conducting advanced analyses of customer behavior, segmentation, and purchasing patterns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role
  • Proficiency in SQL, large-scale data analysis, and advanced Excel skills
  • Extensive experience leveraging web analytics platforms
  • Proficient in business intelligence and data visualization tools
  • A/B testing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
