About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Vita Mojo, you’ll play a key role in the Revenue Operations team, Chief Revenue Officer, and wider Revenue function (Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Retention, and Partnerships).
You’ll be instrumental in building, implementing, and refining our data flows and reporting that drive decision-making across the business. Beyond the day-to-day revenue tracking, you’ll take ownership of data collection and reporting in Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring the highest data integrity. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple commercial teams while helping shape how we analyse and understand performance at scale.
The Day-to-Day
- Build and maintain consistent, accurate reporting and dashboards across the Revenue organisation (Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Retention, Partnerships, and occasionally Finance).
- Track and analyse key performance metrics including targets, forecast accuracy, funnel health, and pipeline management.
- Automate reporting where possible to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage reporting in Salesforce and secondary platforms (Gainsight, Zendesk, Monday), ensuring data accuracy and team adherence to data entry.
- Create and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking and performance visibility.
- Establish and maintain a consistent reporting cadence: Weekly–Monthly core KPIs (pipeline, churn, upsells, etc.), Quarterly insights pack and customer profitability analysis, Yearly market sizing updates, lead distribution, and segmentation reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote data best practices, streamline handovers, and enhance processes.
- Collaborate with external consultants to capture and maintain revenue data in Salesforce.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new reporting and insights tools to drive scalability and accuracy.
About You
- Strong experience in data analysis, CRM administration, or revenue operations, ideally in a SaaS or technology business.
- Proficient in Salesforce (essential), with familiarity across tools such as Gainsight, Zendesk, or Monday.com.
- Confident working with and presenting data to senior stakeholders, with a keen eye for accuracy and insight.
- Experienced in creating dashboards and reports using a range of data visualization tools, including Google Sheets and more advanced tooling like Thoughtspot or similar.
- Process-oriented mindset with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration skills – you enjoy working cross-functionally and can act as a bridge between commercial and operational teams.
- Analytical, detail-focused, and curious about how systems and data can drive smarter commercial decisions.
