Revenue Operations Manager

We’re hiring a RevOps Manager! This person will be working with (and reporting to) our Revenue Operations Lead in order to provide operational support across our marketing, customer success, and sales teams.

Hubspot experience is a must. If you are not comfortable with Hubspot already, we unfortunately cannot consider your application for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a generalist to support all operational areas impacting Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Product-manage, architect, and implement user experiences, business logic, and data flow in Hubspot and our GTM tech stack that best fit the needs of our Sales and Marketing units, such as AEs, SDRs, CSMs, Demand Gen, etc.
  • Generate insights and implement new processes, programs, and tools from those insights to improve the operational efficiency of the Sales and Marketing units
  • Track and analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), then turn them into actionable strategies
  • Produce documentation around operational best practices and internal processes
  • Maintain administrator controls of CRM (Hubspot) and entire GTM tech stack

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in an Operations role, with a clear track record of supporting Sales and Marketing functions to drive rapid revenue growth at a B2B SaaS startup
  • Strong knowledge in Vitally’s key GTM tech stack — Hubspot (CRM and MAS), ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, Spiff, PandaDoc, Chorus, Zapier, Workato, etc.
  • Passion for using data and research to solve problems
  • Proficiency in modern BI tools to conduct analysis and create reports/dashboards critical for Operations, Leadership, and the Field to run the business
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to interface with stakeholders in different functions and of varying levels across the company

    • Previous user/admin of Vitally or a Customer Success Platform
